Registered Nurses
RGN and RMN roles in our nursing homes, days and nights.
Careers
We are a family business, and we run our homes accordingly: sensible staffing, real training, and managers who are on the floor with you.
Investing in people
Care work is demanding, and it is skilled. It asks for patience on a hard day, judgement at three in the morning, and the kind of warmth that cannot be trained into someone who does not have it.
Our job is to make that work possible: to staff the shift properly, to give people the training and the time they need, and to make sure a concern raised on the floor reaches the owners rather than stopping halfway. Our name is on the door, so how our teams are treated is our responsibility.

Our culture
Our homes are small enough that everyone knows everyone — residents, families and staff alike. Managers work alongside their teams rather than above them, and the owners visit the homes and expect to be told the truth when they do.
Learning & development
Everyone joining us receives a full induction and the mandatory training their role requires before working unsupervised, with refresher training and supervision built into the year. Nurses are supported to maintain their registration and revalidation.
Career progression
Many of the best senior carers and managers in this sector started as care assistants. Where someone wants to progress — into senior care, into a specialism, into leading a home — we would far rather grow them than recruit over them.
Roles we recruit
RGN and RMN roles in our nursing homes, days and nights.
Leading shifts, supervising medication and mentoring the care team.
The heart of the home — full training given to the right person.
Cooking fresh, every day, for people you get to know by name.
Keeping our homes clean, comfortable and cared for.
Looking after the buildings and grounds our residents live in.
Making the days interesting, sociable and worth getting up for.
Supporting the home behind the scenes and leading it well.
Benefits
We would rather say less here and mean all of it. The benefits, support and development set out below are the stable provisions that apply across our teams; anything that changes with role, home or time is discussed openly at interview and confirmed in the role advert — never left vague.
UK statutory holiday entitlement and pension arrangements through statutory auto-enrolment.
Paid breaks for nursing staff, a 30-minute break deducted per shift for auxiliary and agency staff, meals on shift and uniform provision.
Government-funded qualifications through the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS), including Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate and Level 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas in Adult Care.
RNHA membership, CQC-regulated training meeting Health and Social Care Act mandatory requirements, and Skills for Care frameworks including the Care Certificate.
Full induction and mandatory training before working unsupervised, refresher training and regular supervision built into the year, plus scheduled staff supervisions and performance reviews.
An internal refer-a-friend bonus for successful recommendations, long service and milestones celebrated locally, on-the-job training, free on-site parking and complimentary meals during shifts.
Some details are managed locally and may be refined as our training and benefits programmes develop. Nothing is published here until it is accurate, so no candidate is ever promised something we have not agreed.
